Making a Reservation

How do I make a reservation?
  • From the Premier Cruise Parking home page, select parking start date and time, end date and time then choose type of parking, self-parking or VIP parking and continue with reservation.
What do I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?
  • We would first recommend you check your spam folder in your email. If you still cannot find your confirmation then login to your account on our website (if have not already created an account you will want to do so using the email address you used to book the reservation). If you are still unable to find your reservation or cannot login please contact Customer Service at (305)-220-2686 or premiercruisepark@bellsouth.net
Am I able to park multiple vehicles?
  • Yes, you will be required to make a new reservation for each vehicle or you can call the customer service number at (305)-220-2686 and a customer service agent will be able to assist you with multi-car bookings.
How far in advanced should I book my reservation?
  • There is no limit to how far in advance you can book a reservation. We recommend booking a reservation as far in advance as possible because our facility sell out on a regular basis. A date can always be modified or the reservation can be cancelled if needed as per our terms listed on the website.
Do you offer any discounts?
  • Yes, we offer different discount promotions via our email subscription. To sign up for the email newsletter, go to the homepage, scroll down and find the box that says “Newsletter”, enter your email, and hit subscribe.

Billing

When do I pay?
  • Full payment is require at the time your reservation is made.
How do I pay?
  • Premier Cruise Parking accepts all major credit cards.
What taxes and fees will I pay?
  • Taxes, fees, and other surcharges may be added to the daily rate. These fees are imposed by the state, city, and/or port authority.
  • Premier Cruise Parking may also charge a service fee, which enables us to bring you the convenience of online comparison shopping, excellent customer support, and other valuable services. Even with this fee our prices still tend to be 50-75% cheaper than parking at the actual seaport.

Changes and Cancellations

How can I edit a reservation?
  • You can edit a reservation by logging in to your Premier Cruise Parking account on our website, emailing us at premiercruisepark@bellsouth.net or by simply calling us at (305)-220-2686. You can only edit dates and times up to 24 hours prior to the first date on your reservation.
How do I cancel a reservation? What is your cancellation policy?
  • To cancel a reservation you must either call Premier Cruise Parking at (305)-220-2686 or email at premiercruisepark@bellsouth.net. At least 48hrs before your scheduled date of arrival to receive refund less $5.00 cancellation fee as per website terms and conditions. Your refund would be issued within 5 to 10 business days.

At the Parking Facility

Do I need to make a reservation to park?
  • No. You are welcome to show up without it, however you may encounter the facility been full and prices will be much higher. Therefore it is strongly suggested you book in advance of arrival.

How do I find the parking facility?
  • Upon confirmation, you will be provided with the full address, driving directions, and phone number to the parking facility.
Is the parking facility open 24 hour a day?
  • Hours of operation are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, CRUISE DAYS ONLY.
How do I get to the port once I’ve parked?
  • We offer continuous roundtrip shuttle service every 25 to 30 minutes on CRUISE DAYS ONLY. Please note a maximum of 4 passengers per reserved vehicle space, per County ordinance. NO EXCEPTIONS
How do I get back to the parking facility when I return?
  • We offer continuous roundtrip shuttle service every 25 to 30 minutes on CRUISE DAYS ONLY. Please note a maximum of 4 passengers per reserved vehicle space, per County ordinance. NO EXCEPTIONS
What do I bring to the parking facility?
  • Please bring a copy of your reservation confirmation email, which must be presented to parking attendant upon arrival at the facility.
What is Valet and Self Parking?
  • Self Parking indicates you will park your own car and keep your keys with you. Valet means that when you arrive your car will be parked for you and you will need to leave the keys with the facility attendant while you are gone.
What if I drive an oversized vehicle?
  • Garage clearance is 7’0”, vehicles that take up more than one parking space may be subject to additional charges
What if my vehicle was damaged at the parking facility?
  • Notify the Garage manager and contact the local Police Department.

Shuttle Service

How often does the shuttle run?
  • Shuttle hours are 7:30 AM to 3:15 PM continuously every 25 to 30 minutes. Garage closes 3:30 PM.
  • Disembarkation Shuttles 7:30 AM to 10:45 AM from Port
  • Embarkation Shuttles 10:45 AM to 3:15 PM to Port
If I do not want to use the shuttle service, can I still book?
  • Yes, but must always check in with attendant and get vehicle license plate register to prevent been booted or towed.
